SHIPPING

At OMG Labs, we offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 4000 and above.

We only make use of reliable courier companies and/or Speed Post. OMG Labs is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by OMG Labs. We shall strive to ensure the timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons beyond the control of OMG Labs, including but not limited to poor courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, or force major events as laid out hereinafter, we shall keep you informed of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by complete refund.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations will be made after a 10% deduction as transactional fees. For cancellations post dispatch, kindly refuse the order when the delivery attempt is made. Once our delivery partner updates the shipment status as "RTO (Return to origin) initiated", we will cancel your order and initiate the refund.

Refunds will reflect in the same account from which the payment was made within 5 to 7 business days.

CURRENCY TRANSACTIONS

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
